Who we are

Pin Me Up Photography is the boudoir photography studio of Marilyn Sanchez, based in Miami, Florida. This policy covers the website pinmeupphotography.com. If you have any questions about it, write to info@pinmeupphotography.com or call or text 305 878 0221.

What we collect

The personal information you provide directly through the contact form includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• How you heard about us
• Your message
• The language you were browsing in

When you submit the contact form, we may process limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to secure the form and prevent spam and abuse.

We may also derive a general location, such as city or region, to provide context for your inquiry.

Browsing the site does not require an account, and we never ask for payment details online.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• Reply to your inquiry and help you plan and book your session
• Keep a record of our correspondence
• Protect the site and the contact form from spam and abuse
• Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (analytics)

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to any marketing lists - you will only hear from us in reply to your message.

Service providers

Like most modern websites, we rely on a few trusted service providers to run this site. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Our website hosting and security provider - hosts the website, processes and stores contact submissions, and provides security services, including the bot check on the contact form and standard server logs.
• Our email-delivery provider - delivers your contact-form message to the studio's inbox as an email.
• Google Analytics - gives us aggregated, pseudonymous statistics about how the site is used (see the cookies section below).
• Elite Proofing - hosts our clients' private, password-protected proof galleries at pinmeup.eliteproofing.com; it has its own privacy practices.

Cookies, analytics & your browser

We use Google Analytics in a measurement-only setup: advertising features, ads personalization, and Google signals are switched off, and ad-related consent is denied by default. Analytics sets cookies so it can tell returning visitors from new ones, and what we see is aggregate - which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from - not a profile of you.

The small verification widget on the contact form may set a cookie strictly to tell people from bots.

The site also stores one small preference in your browser's local storage: your language choice (English or Spanish), so we do not keep suggesting the other language. It never leaves your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works fine without them.

Your photographs

If you become a client, your privacy goes far beyond this website. Your images are delivered through a private, password-protected gallery that only you can access, and we never share a client’s photographs publicly without written consent. Any images we do share are limited to those that do not identify our clients or reveal personal information.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact inquiries, including the technical information described above, for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you. If you become a client, records related to your sessions are kept as part of your client file, and we may retain information longer where legal or accounting obligations require it. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time - see the next section.

Your choices & rights

You may ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@pinmeupphotography.com from the address you used to contact us and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, these rights may also be protected by law.

Adults only

Our sessions and this website are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post material changes to this policy here and update the date above.
